Zoho Reports was renamed Zoho Analytics, the older links still resolve, and what administrators used to call a reporting database is now a workspace, so a customer may know the same product under either name. What separates it from an ordinary database connector is that the API is import and export shaped rather than row by row. Data goes in through the bulk interface as CSV or JSON with an import type attached, and the choice between appending, replacing the table outright and updating on a matching column is the entire behaviour of a repeated load: choose append for something meant to run nightly and you get duplicates every night. Data comes out either by exporting a view the customer already built and trusts, or by running SQL across their tables when you need something they never modelled. Large imports are asynchronous jobs, submitted and then polled rather than waited on, so a load has a lifecycle instead of a response.
