Is there a free plan?
Yes. Launch is free forever and includes 3 connected accounts, unlimited connectors and workflows, one production environment plus a sandbox, and 50 agent runs a month, with no sales call required.
How much does the Scale plan cost?
Scale is $500/mo, which includes your first 10 connected accounts. 10 is the minimum for this plan. Additional connected accounts are a flat $50 per account per month, with no negotiation needed.
How does Enterprise pricing work?
Enterprise pricing is custom, negotiated on your connected-account volume. Volume discounts start here. Contact sales to discuss volume pricing, caps, and terms.
What is a connected account?
A connected account is one authenticated connection between one of your customers and one third-party system. If a single customer connects Salesforce, Slack, and Bill.com, that uses three connected accounts. Enabling more connectors costs nothing until a customer actually connects one.
Do I pay per connector or per workflow?
No. You pay per connected account. All tiers have unlimited connectors and workflows.
Are team seats limited?
No. Team seats are unlimited on every plan, including Launch.
What is an agent run, and how many do I get?
An agent run is one execution of a fastn AI agent: a build, a test, or a fix attempt. Launch includes 50 agent runs a month for building and testing. Scale includes 1,000 a month and its agents also fix breaks reactively. Enterprise runs on a custom pool and adds proactive adaptation, adjusting integrations before upstream changes break them.
What happens on Launch when a connection breaks?
You always find out: broken connections show in your status view on every plan, including Launch. On Launch you fix them yourself. On Scale, fastn's agents fix breaks for you reactively. On Enterprise, proactive maintenance adapts integrations before breaks happen.
What is a flow run?
A flow run is one execution of a workflow or sync. Launch includes 1,000 flow runs a month. Scale includes a per-connected-account allowance with transparent flat overage; Enterprise caps are discussed with sales.
What security do I get on the lower plans?
SOC 2 Type II and encrypted credential storage apply to every plan, including Launch. Scale adds role-based access, and Enterprise adds SSO/SAML, audit log export, dedicated infrastructure, and data residency.
Can I remove fastn branding from the embedded UI?
White-label embedding is an Enterprise feature. Launch and Scale use the fastn-branded embed.
