QueBIT ReportWORQ
Add QueBIT ReportWORQ to your product for your customers, and give your AI agents governed access to it.
ReportWORQ automates the reporting pack: one Excel or PowerPoint template is burst into a version per entity, region or recipient and delivered to email, SharePoint, Google Drive, Teams or Slack, which is the part finance teams otherwise do by hand every month. It was built by QueBIT alongside its IBM Planning Analytics practice and spun out as ReportWORQ LLC in 2025, so the QueBIT branding and the current product are the same lineage. An embedded integration works with the template, the run and the output the run produced, and because every customer's pack and distribution list is its own, both are configuration rather than something you can hard-code. fastn holds each environment's credentials per tenant and keeps the connection maintained.
In your product
Embedded for your customers. Per-tenant auth, no per-customer code, maintained by fastn.
Let each customer connect their own ReportWORQ environment so your product can start a report run instead of asking somebody to open Excel.
Collect the workbook or deck a run produced and file it wherever your product keeps that customer's output.
Burst one template into a version per entity or recipient, which is where the manual effort in a reporting pack actually sits.
Treat each customer's own templates and distribution lists as configuration, since no two reporting packs are built the same way.
For your AI agents
Governed, audited access for the agents you build, through the MCP server.
An agent starts a report run on request and reports which outputs it produced.
An agent retrieves the latest generated version of a report and answers a question from it.
An agent checks whether a scheduled run completed and what it distributed, with the read logged.

Set up QueBIT ReportWORQ in 4 steps
- 01Enable the QueBIT ReportWORQ connector in your fastn dashboard.
- 02Have each customer connect their own ReportWORQ environment so runs happen under their credentials.
- 03Map the templates, run parameters and distribution lists your product uses, per customer.
- 04Call it from your product and expose the same connection to your agents through the MCP gateway.
Why teams use the QueBIT ReportWORQ integration
What you get by embedding it with fastn instead of building it yourself.
- Ship a QueBIT ReportWORQ integration without building it. Your customers connect their own QueBIT ReportWORQ account inside your product and work their files, documents and versions there, with no per-customer code on your side.
- Handle the part that actually costs time: permissions and versioning are easy to get subtly wrong, and mistakes expose content. fastn owns the auth, token refresh, rate limits, pagination and breaking-change fixes, so a QueBIT ReportWORQ update is not your on-call problem.
- One integration serves your product and your agents. The same governed QueBIT ReportWORQ connection powers in-product features and gives AI agents scoped, audited access, so you let your product work with your customers' documents in place without wiring it twice.

QueBIT ReportWORQ integration FAQ
How do I add a QueBIT ReportWORQ integration to my product?
Enable the QueBIT ReportWORQ connector in your fastn dashboard, then let each customer authenticate their own QueBIT ReportWORQ account. fastn handles the OAuth flow, token storage and refresh per tenant, so there is no QueBIT ReportWORQ client code in your app and no per-customer branch in your codebase. Setup is 4 steps.
Do my customers each connect their own QueBIT ReportWORQ account?
Yes. Every connection is scoped to the individual customer, so each authorises their own QueBIT ReportWORQ account and only ever sees their own files, documents and versions. That per-tenant isolation is the point of an embedded integration: you support the long tail of customer setups without maintaining an integration per customer.
Can AI agents use this QueBIT ReportWORQ integration?
Yes. The same connection is exposed to your agents through the fastn MCP gateway, with permissions scoped per tenant and every call audited. An agent starts a report run on request and reports which outputs it produced.
Who maintains the QueBIT ReportWORQ integration?
fastn does. When QueBIT ReportWORQ changes an endpoint, deprecates a field or alters its auth, the fix lands in the connector rather than in your backlog, and your customers' connections keep working.
Whose permissions does the QueBIT ReportWORQ integration run under?
Each customer's own QueBIT ReportWORQ grant. Where QueBIT ReportWORQ holds a library, their existing folder and item permissions apply and your product cannot reach content the connected account could not reach itself. Where it processes content you supply rather than storing it, the call runs under that customer's own credentials and is logged per tenant.
Can my product create or update content in QueBIT ReportWORQ automatically?
Where QueBIT ReportWORQ supports writes, documents, entries and assets can be created, updated and filed from your product or by an agent within scoped permissions, with each action logged. Where it is a read surface, the same connection serves reads only.
What can I build with the QueBIT ReportWORQ integration?
A common starting point: let each customer connect their own ReportWORQ environment so your product can start a report run instead of asking somebody to open Excel. Teams also use it for the other use cases listed above, and expose it to agents for governed reads and writes.
How much does the QueBIT ReportWORQ integration cost?
It is included. Pricing is based on connected accounts, not on how many connectors you enable, so adding QueBIT ReportWORQ does not change your per-connector cost. You can start free with 3 connected accounts.
