SAP Business One is SAP's ERP for smaller companies, and despite the shared badge it has nothing in common with S/4HANA underneath: its own object model of business partners, items, sales orders, deliveries, A/R and A/P invoices and journal entries, and its own way in. Access is through the Service Layer, an OData interface over SAP HANA, or the DI API on the Microsoft SQL Server edition, and the connection is to a specific company database rather than to a tenant, so a customer running several companies is several connections.
